I am originally from Louisiana and have lived in Houston (Katy) for the past 27 years. I have a great job and am able to work from home. My job offers a lot of flexibility and allows me to have most of the summer off. I was hesitant to try a dating site but my wonderful friends/neighbors encouraged me to do so. Of course it is going to be their fault if this does not work out :). I love good ole classic rock music and blues. I can tolerate some country music but think if I learned how to dance to it I would enjoy it more. Would you like to teach me? I love going anywhere and listening to good music and of course a good dinner and drinks is nice too. I love to take weekend trips and just get away. I exercise regularly and try to take care of myself and hope to find someone that does the same. Although I like to keep busy, I do not want or need to be on the go all the time. I am perfectly content being home with that special someone.

I love hanging out with friends/neighbors by the grill or just sitting around visiting over a couple of margaritas. I do not like to cook so I am very fortunate to have friends that do. If you cook I'll clean up!

Like to meet someone with some of the same interest. Things are more fun and easy to enjoy with someone that enjoys the same thing as much as you do. However we all have our seperate interest and I've never felt this should be a problem.
