okay, first thing you should know is I am a wino. I know what that might conjure up in your mind. You're wrong. Wino is my way of saying wine aficionado. I collect wine. I am a student of wine, the grapes, the vineyards, the regions, etc.
Which leads me to another thing: I consider myself politically astute and I lean way to the left. I like Rachel Maddow. But I do not suffer fools gladly.
My tastes are eclectic in music, food (I do like to cook) and reading.
I love all animals, especially my cat.
My ambitions have nothing to do with wealth, careers, power or material things. I am not a world beater. My ambition every day is to make someone smile, to empathize.
I like to be still and listen.
I am not a Buddhist, but I lean that way. I like the Dalai Lama. Kindness is my religion.

I don't like salesmen but have great empathy for the Willy Lomans of the world.
I am not athletic.
But I can be very affectionate.

I am retired from Milwaukee Public Schools where I worked for the Research dept. Currently I am going back to school where I take courses in mathematics and computer science. Although having money is no supper important to me I find financial and economic data interesting to analyze and would like to get a part time job as consultant doing research on this kind of data.
